Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Soleil Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Soleil Studio provides digital marketing services including but not limited to social media marketing, digital advertising, and content creation. The specific scope of services for each client will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and creative work developed by Soleil Studio on your behalf, upon full payment, becomes the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Soleil Studio brand, logo, and website content remain the exclusive property of Soleil Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, rates, and schedules will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Invoices are due as specified. Soleil Studio reserves the right to pause services in the event of overdue payments.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Soleil Studio does not store payment card details.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the working relationship. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Soleil Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with notice as specified in the individual contract. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable.

9. Force Majeure

Soleil Studio is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, internet or infrastructure outages, natural events, or third-party service failures.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
